Henry Leslie Cumming 1866 - 1929

Henry Leslie Cumming was the forth son of John and Eliza Cumming, and the only son to have had childen. He was educated at The Geelong College and The University of Melbourne where he completed law and then worked as a solicitor.  After the death of his brother John, he was left Mount Violet, which he managed until the soldier settlement scheme aquired the property in the aftermath of World War I.  He married Sophie Blundell and had two children, John and Beryl.  John was killed in action at El Alamein, thus ending the male name carrying branch of the family.  Beryl married Travers Cummins, and produced one son, Rodney Cummins.  Rodney married Usula Esser, and had four children, Jessica, Katie, Nicholas and Toby. Usula died in 1978, and Toby in 1991.  Jessica has one son Raffale Cummins. Nicholas has two children Elektra and Leonard Cummins.

BLUNDELL. - Killed in action in France or Flanders on the 18th April, Martin Petrie Blundell, Lance-Corporal, 2nd Anzac Mounted Regiment, only and dearly beloved son of the late M. P. Blundell, of the Bank of Australasia, and of Mrs. M. P. Blundell, Noel, Macedon Upper, aged 27 years. Served in Gallipoli and France.
